Milling Section

CNC Milling Section - has Hurco and XYZ machining centres with 3, 4 and 5th Axis. We have 'Through-Coolant Spindles' for high speed machining and laser probing to insure accurate components. Our 5 Axis machine are either, Simultaneous 5 Axis Milling and 3 + 2 Axis Milling (Indexed Milling).

Our Turning section houses our XYZ, CMZ and Mazak machines plus our Tool Station which is also accessible for our Milling section.

Grinding Section

Within our Grinding section we also have located a myriad of varying machinery as depicted below such as our V650G, it also has its own independant measuring equipment in addition to the final Inspection Process. Below depicts just some of the machinery located within this section

The Charmilles Form 2-LC is our die sinking EDM Machine for precision in die and mould manufacture.

Inspection

We have a dedicated room for Inspection of components and other items. This is a clean space designed for a specific purpose of ensuring parts are accurate as per their specification.
